Winter Floral

By KristySamone — December 17, 2012

Happy Monday Fashion Femme Fatales! From Gucci to Rag and Bone, designers focused on floral looks for fall/winter 2012 collections. Flowers ain’t just for spring anymore! I’m sporting more of a vintage-inspired take on the trend. I love my midi-length skirt by BCBG Max Azria, which I paired with a wide sleeved turtleneck, wedge shoes and patterned tights (shout out to Betsey Johnson). Check out some ideas below for wearing floral during autumn…in order of appearance: French Connection Floral Pattern Blazer $198 and  7 For All Mankind The Skinny Jeans in Midnight Floral $189 both available at http://www.cusp.com/ OR Floral Leggings $10.80 and Contrast Floral Print Blouse $19.80 both available at www.forever21.com

I'm a media strategist, fashion fan and whimsical event planner. For years, I've been "reporting" from fashion shows and fabulous events to my loved one out of pure joy. Unbeknowest to me in February 2012 my sister started kristysamone.com with photos and letters I'd sent her from New York Fashion Week. She said, "I think you need a blog!" LOL! I've been trying keep us with this and life ever since:) Thanks so much for reading!
