Art Pop Up Party

Well, hello loves!! As we get ready for an a-mazing weekend (bring on the warmer weather), let me tell you about a wonderful event from last. Despite a blizzard-type forecast, a bright crowd collected at the Modern Contempo store in Maryland for Visual Collaborative’s creative pop-up shop. Visual Collaborative’s “art experiences” have been the happy subject of my previous blogs. They are always a mix of interesting people, fascinating art work and a great location! Last Saturday’s creative explosion was no different, being held at contemporary furniture shop with a performance by singer Selam. This event curated by my dear friend multi-disciplinary designer & digital artist Mr. Ade, A Olufeko (Feks), who also showcased his own digital work.  As you know by now, I love a well-planned event! Kudos Ade! Enjoy some of the event pictures below and see the full gallery using the link.

About Author

I’m a media strategist, fashion fan and whimsical event planner. For years, I’ve been “reporting” from fashion shows and fabulous events to my loved one out of pure joy. Unbeknowest to me in February 2012 my sister started kristysamone.com with photos and letters I’d sent her from New York Fashion Week. She said, “I think you need a blog!” LOL! I’ve been trying keep us with this and life ever since:) Thanks so much for reading!
