And The Wedding Planning Begins…

By KristySamone — November 29, 2012

Hello Fashion Femme Fatales!

I’ve started the wedding planning process. We’ve decided on an engagement party in Los Angeles (probably next summer) and wedding in Virginia (definitely next fall). My first goal is to have set dates at the locations and then I figure everything else will follow. We are leaning towards lavender, teal and midnight blue (with gold accents) for the color scheme. I’ve been getting questions about my dress and my sisters’ (they will be the two bridemaids), and I’m unsure what direction at the moment. However, I would love either a vintage-look or a fashion foward romantic style such as the work of By Misha. In fact, considering my color scheme, wouldn’t the below By Misha dress be lovely for the bridesmaids? The hunt begins! Unbeknowest to me in February 2012 my sister started kristysamone.com with photos and letters I'd sent her from New York Fashion Week. She said, "I think you need a blog!" LOL! I've been trying keep us with this and life ever since:) Thanks so much for reading!

That would be a very classy as well as trendy color scheme. And the bridesmaids' dress you chose for your sisters is absolutely stunning and pretty much in line with the overall color scheme. Congratulations.
